I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rose T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 17, 2025 05:54Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $293.13 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
