I am writing regarding order #ORD-1272-SCW-5113 placed with Venture Brokers Omsk on July 13, 2010. I paid $785.47 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ollie G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 15, 2025 05:49I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The laptop from Venture Brokers Omsk not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
