I have been a loyal customer of Materials Builders for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-8326-RQP-7797) on June 23, 1995, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
