I am writing regarding order #ORD-5639-QBO-1921 placed with Advanced Build & Sons Niigata on December 24, 1994. I paid $502.71 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sidney W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I've received an email from Jessica Jackson at Advanced Build & Sons Niigata offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The specialty coffee was clearly defective from the start.
