I want to report a serious concern with Diamond Lodge's account that I purchased on April 29, 2021 from your Lake Michael, Connecticut store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mariela J., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 13, 2025 05:37I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The dress shirt from Diamond Lodge not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
