I purchased a service from Trust Brokers on May 12, 1992. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dixie P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
