I have been a loyal customer of Trust Brokers for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-4059-PLG-4156) on November 27, 1995, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
