Billing dispute with GlobalFinancial

I have been a loyal customer of GlobalFinancial for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-6379-OWB-4496) on March 4, 2024, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
