I have been a loyal customer of Fabrication & Manufacturing Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-6483-XNO-2221) on February 11, 2021, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm still waiting for a resolution on this issue. It's been over a week since I filed this complaint about Fabrication & Manufacturing Group. Can someone please provide an update?
