Complaint Details

On August 9, 1987, I signed up for Elite Resort Luxury's installation service at their East Weldon, California location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $324.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Serenity Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm still waiting for a resolution on this issue. It's been over a week since I filed this complaint about Elite Resort Luxury. Can someone please provide an update?
