I want to report a serious concern with Elite Resort Luxury's unit that I purchased on February 11, 1988 from your Nikkiview, Pennsylvania store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Afton L., but my issue remains unresolved.
