I am writing regarding order #ORD-7464-YDX-7697 placed with Resort International on May 11, 1977. I paid $376.3 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Matteo Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 25, 2025 05:48I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Resort International has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their delivery service.
