I am writing regarding order #ORD-5134-FRN-5952 placed with Resort International on November 7, 1994. I paid $153.41 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Madaline B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with David Jones from the Consumer Affairs at Resort International, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
