On June 8, 2010, I signed up for Grand Oasis International's warranty service at their North Madilyn, Washington location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $325.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carol Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 21, 2025 05:23I've received an email from James King at Grand Oasis International offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The fitness tracker was clearly defective from the start.
