I am writing regarding order #ORD-2796-FRV-7686 placed with Grand Oasis International on October 19, 2018. I paid $265.12 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alexa X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
