I purchased a product from Grand Oasis International on May 12, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cletus G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I want to acknowledge that Grand Oasis International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $414.92 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $414.92 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
