Misleading advertising by Metal & Corporation

I have been a loyal customer of Metal & Corporation for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-4986-AZK-3494) on July 26, 1972, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
