Complaint Details

I want to report a serious concern with Metal & Corporation's membership that I purchased on April 13, 2015 from your Lake Carli, Nebraska store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Angelina H., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Alex Jones at Metal & Corporation offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The camera was clearly defective from the start.
