I want to report a serious concern with Metal & Corporation's device that I purchased on June 11, 1991 from your Port Domenica, New Jersey store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lyric V., but my issue remains unresolved.

After speaking with Taylor Smith from the Customer Experience at Metal & Corporation, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
