I want to report a serious concern with Metal & Corporation's device that I purchased on June 11, 1991 from your Port Domenica, New Jersey store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lyric V., but my issue remains unresolved.
