I am writing regarding order #ORD-3246-LRE-3534 placed with ProsperityEquity Kota Kinabalu on July 9, 2001. I paid $603.80 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Diamond P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
