I am writing regarding order #ORD-4736-DKR-2379 placed with ProsperityEquity Kota Kinabalu on March 2, 2019. I paid $630.89 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Keara L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, ProsperityEquity Kota Kinabalu has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their extended warranty.
