I want to report a serious concern with Products Industries's equipment that I purchased on January 20, 1975 from your Lake Vernice, Montana store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cleora P., but my issue remains unresolved.
