I have been a loyal customer of Assembly & Corporation Seremban Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-2458-ODZ-5403) on November 2, 1999, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
