I am writing regarding order #ORD-6416-WSU-8345 placed with Assembly & Corporation Seremban Group on February 21, 1973. I paid $888.17 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Miguel Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Assembly & Corporation Seremban Group has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their subscription plan.
