I purchased a gadget from Assembly & Corporation Seremban Group on June 3, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Horace Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Assembly & Corporation Seremban Group, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my router. This is extremely frustrating.
