I am writing regarding order #ORD-8880-RWA-7190 placed with Precision Craft Solutions on August 21, 1978. I paid $567.18 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ferne E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

The situation with Precision Craft Solutions has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the training session, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-533A7DE1 multiple times.
