I have been a loyal customer of Precision Craft Solutions for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-6237-PGA-4144) on January 17, 1991, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $485.69 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
