I have been a loyal customer of Precision Craft Solutions for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-6237-PGA-4144) on January 17, 1991, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 04, 2025 05:40Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $485.69 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
