I want to report a serious concern with Precision Craft Solutions's product that I purchased on January 24, 2024 from your Christopheland, Michigan store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Braden N., but my issue remains unresolved.
