I want to report a serious concern with The Cozy Accommodations's product that I purchased on May 21, 2021 from your Zemlakborough, New Hampshire store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mary B., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $472.83 refund only covers part of what I paid for the professional setup, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
