Frustrated with Premier Builders Inc LLC's lack of response

On January 8, 2023, I signed up for Premier Builders Inc LLC's installation service at their Westmouth, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $367.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elvie A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
