I want to report a serious concern with Secure Trust's product that I purchased on November 29, 2015 from your Port Jacques, Kentucky store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Montana L., but my issue remains unresolved.
