I am writing regarding order #ORD-9552-JOQ-9842 placed with Secure Trust on March 7, 2004. I paid $677.91 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nicola F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Secure Trust has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their priority service.
