On March 31, 1990, I signed up for Venture of Capital Inc.'s technical assistance at their Nienowfort, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $470.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Arely F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
