Frustrated with Materials & Group's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of Materials & Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-9111-DOP-7255) on February 25, 1990, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
