I am writing regarding order #ORD-2393-TVK-3177 placed with Materials & Group on November 16, 1987. I paid $452.80 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Justine G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
