I'm writing to complain about the maintenance program I received from Materials & Group. After paying $768.67 for platform, I found that it faced system outages. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Tony Z., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Materials & Group has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customization service.
