Inn at Golden refused to address issue

On September 15, 1971, I signed up for Inn at Golden's upgrade service at their Weissnatstad, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $627.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Fabiola J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
