On September 15, 1971, I signed up for Inn at Golden's upgrade service at their Weissnatstad, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $627.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Fabiola J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Inn at Golden, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my winter coat. This is extremely frustrating.
