On June 2, 2024, I signed up for Precision Fabrication Zhengzhou LLC's installation service at their Elenahaven, New York location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $810.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chester S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

The situation with Precision Fabrication Zhengzhou LLC has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the delivery service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-FAAF2536 multiple times.
