I am writing regarding order #ORD-9405-RPT-7429 placed with Materials & Incorporated Inc. on September 5, 1996. I paid $735.21 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Malachi Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Materials & Incorporated Inc.. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the television I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
