I want to report a serious concern with Materials & Incorporated Inc.'s product that I purchased on May 1, 2011 from your East Toreymouth, Illinois store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Neil G., but my issue remains unresolved.

After my initial complaint, Materials & Incorporated Inc. contacted me to troubleshoot the laptop. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
