I purchased a service from Materials & Incorporated Inc. on June 27, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Zachary N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Materials & Incorporated Inc. contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
