I purchased a subscription from Fund of Excel on October 9, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lavonne R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
