I want to report a serious concern with Fund of Excel's application that I purchased on January 26, 2014 from your Port Brainborough, South Dakota store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Violette F., but my issue remains unresolved.
