I have been a loyal customer of Homes Bros for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-2415-UBY-8472) on February 11, 1974, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
