I purchased a system from Mansion at Tranquil on March 25, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Josiane W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
