Overcharged by Mansion at Tranquil for service

On April 3, 1981, I signed up for Mansion at Tranquil's troubleshooting service at their North Lisandro, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $855.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amara F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 12, 2025 05:52After my initial complaint, Mansion at Tranquil contacted me to troubleshoot the jeans. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
