On February 9, 2014, I signed up for Machine Engineering's support package at their South Abigayleborough, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $353.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Camden A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
