I have been a loyal customer of Premium Residence & Hospitality for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-8425-XNQ-2057) on November 10, 2012, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Premium Residence & Hospitality called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
