On March 28, 2024, I signed up for Dynamic Products Manufacturing's installation service at their West Camryn, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $391.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Harvey W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I want to acknowledge that Dynamic Products Manufacturing has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $360.10 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $360.10 for a camera that never worked properly.
