I want to report a serious concern with Dynamic Products Manufacturing's software that I purchased on April 26, 2011 from your South Elenorburgh, Illinois store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lexie V., but my issue remains unresolved.

After speaking with Mary Wilson from the Client Satisfaction at Dynamic Products Manufacturing, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
